Delivery & Returns

Please note that any orders placed from Friday, June 14, 2024, will be shipped after the Eid holiday, starting on June 19, 2024. We appreciate your understanding and wish you a blessed Eid.

  1. Delivery
  • Items in the UAE are normally delivered within 72 hours from order placement with the exception to heavy fitness equipment.
  • Delivery charges at checkout apply to all orders.
  • Outside of the UAE, we currently only ship across the GCC region which includes: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Kuwait.
  • All items include installation services.
  • Delivery and installation for certain fitness equipment will need to be coordinated with the buyer and is subject to availability & scheduling.

 

Click & Collect

  • Please wait until you receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is ready for pickup.
  • Once you receive the confirmation email, you can visit our warehouse during our pickup hours: Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm.
  • Please bring a copy of your confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order.
  • Once you are at the pickup area, please provide your confirmation email to our staff and they will retrieve your order for you.
  • Please inspect your order carefully before leaving the warehouse. If you have any questions about the pickup process or your order, please contact our customer service team.

 

2. Return Policy

  • For any damaged or defective products or items that were incorrectly sent, please contact us at info@weareukiyo.com with details and pictures of your concerns, we'll gladly resolve any issues.
  • All items can be returned within 7 days from order date as long as they are in their original condition, unused and remain in their original packaging with all tags.
  • Fitness equipment and any equipment that requires installation can only be refunded if there is a defective or damaged element.
  • Any approved refunds will be issued to the payment method selected at checkout.
  • To process a refund request for any unused items, please contact us at info@weareukiyo.com by referencing your order number and we'll arrange collection of the product. Kindly note, if any products collected for refund that are deemed to have been used or opened, a refund will not be issued.
